We operate a family run microbrewery. Our beer is brewed using the traditional method from Czech ingredients. It is then fermented in open fermentation vats and aged in the lager cellar.

Over the last few years we've been trying out different beer styles, and through them we've discovered new tastes and experiences that we don't want to keep to ourselves. Our goal is for the ordinary person to taste one of the many extraordinary beers. And that drinking beer is never boring.

Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.

A family-run craft brewery offering both bottom- and top-fermented beers. From 2022 to 2024, the brewery operated as a pop-up brewery, but since 2025, it has been brewing at its own facility in Pozlovice near Luhačovice, located below the church. The Kaberna brewery brews unfiltered, unpasteurized beers, fermented by bottom and top fermentation. The selection ranges from low-alcohol beers (Kabrňáček 7°), through draught beers (e.g. Kabrňák 11°) to specials (e.g. Kabrňák 22°).

Delivery of beer Ferdinand in Prague and its surroundings. For more than 125 years the brewery has prided itself on high quality. The beer is brewed according to traditional production methods, i.e. brewhouse, taproom, cellar. It offers a total of 14 bottom-fermented lagers, including unfiltered specials.
