I offer team and individual coaching. I provide small business development consultancy, facilitating meetings and training. I aim to mobilise a group or team to change and develop and reduce barriers as much as possible. Individuals are then coached to offer new solutions and opportunities in their personal development.

Training and support for the practical implementation of lean processes in all areas of manufacturing and services. We offer hands-on training and workshops at customer sites or in our training rooms, as well as project management and support. We provide coaching for internal staff responsible for supporting Lean implementation.
