A set of cottages (Alenka with swimming pool, Boženka with swimming pool, Jarmilka), each cottage has a unique view of the surrounding countryside. Its location offers great possibilities for leisure activities. Part of the complex is a barn, where it is possible to stay in two apartments. There is a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and a whirlpool.

The cottage, built at the beginning of the 20th century, is located in the village of Kunčice pod Sněžníkem at the foot of the third highest mountain in the Czech Republic, Kralický Sněžník.
