I design and prepare project documentation for building permits and construction implementation. I also deal with passporting, building legalization, engineering and visualization of interiors and exteriors. I pride myself on professionalism, accuracy and a personal approach to each project.

I focus mainly on the processing of simplified documentation. I will prepare a building passport for you to legalize the building at the building office, which will then need to be submitted to the cadastral office for registration in the mapping documents. I also deal with the preparation of documentation for planning consent and notification.
