We manage forests and greenery owned by the Statutory City of Ostrava on an area of about 1100 ha. These forest lands are divided into individual districts. We provide cultivation and logging works. We deal with the maintenance of public greenery. We sell timber.
We are an alternative to a traditional kindergarten. We spend most of our time with the children in nature and develop their practical skills and self-knowledge through games. This year we have again prepared a range of suburban camps for summer 2020.
We run a one-class kindergarten for 28 children with a dining room. We offer extracurricular activities. We organize sports and cultural events, events for parents and the public or trips to the surrounding area. We focus on the development of sensory perception as a basis for natural cognition. We are dedicated to the development and correction of pronunciation.
The kindergarten for 140 children with a beautiful garden focuses mainly on environmental education and healthy lifestyle. We offer children the opportunity to acquire an active attitude towards life, develop sensitivity and sensitive relationships with people, the environment and nature. The school also organises a range of extra-curricular activities.
Kindergarten with six classes for 150 children with a dining room offers English, speech therapy, ceramics and swimming classes. There are also sports, zumba and gymnastics clubs. We provide a stimulation course for preschoolers and for children with postponed schooling.
Operation of a kindergarten for 30 children. Children have a playroom, changing room, washroom and toilet in each classroom. We have our own garden with play elements right next to the kindergarten. There is a forest within walking distance for beautiful walks.
We offer services and works in the field of forestry and logging. We are also engaged in maintenance of parks and public green areas, operation of burial grounds and sawmilling. We also deal with hunting.
Kindergarten for 75 children with dining room. The building is located in the natural environment of the local forest, which is part of the school garden. We organize sports and cultural events for the children, trips, exhibitions, excursions, a playroom for parents, various art and sports competitions.
Operation of a nursery school for 42 children. There is a sauna and dining room on the premises. Organise transport competitions, nature walks, Earth Day, swimming, English and skiing courses. We also focus on collecting old paper, Christmas exhibitions, Olympics, children's carnivals, school trips and more.
The Horní Planá division manages a total of 19 960 ha of land. The main economic activity is forest production in spruce stands with a mixture of fir and beech, in the lower altitudes the predominant tree species is pine. The division is also involved in fishing, hunting and recreational services.
