The company was established to assist air passengers in obtaining financial compensation from airlines in the areas of flight delays, cancellations, missed connecting flights, denied boarding, downgraded flights or baggage problems.

I devise, plan and design tailor-made trips and holidays for my clients. I provide consultations, arrange individual services (flights, accommodation, tickets) and several times a year I organize (in cooperation with a partner agency) exclusive trips to big cities such as NYC, Hong Kong, Singapore.

Since 1992 we have been offering our clients a selection of tours in Europe, America and Asia focusing on art, architecture, history and archaeology. All trips are prepared by a team of experts - the guides are specialists in their field and destination.
