Yoga studio in the heart of the city with a thirteen-year tradition offering yoga classes for beginners and advanced, courses and seminars, under the guidance of experienced and friendly teachers.

We operate a fitness centre. We offer exercise on machines, pilates for women, exercise for people with Bechterew's disease and for overweight people, health exercises for seniors or ballet. We provide assistance in preparation for childbirth and accompaniment to childbirth. We also offer ballet classes for children and adults.
