We’re here for children, adults, and families. We help improve technique, develop competitive performance, and enjoy swimming for health and the joy of movement—in the pool, open water, and triathlons. We’ve been operating in Strahov since 2013, and using our own “Swimming with Plavel and Plavlina” method, we teach people to swim well, fast, and in a fun way.

We run an esoteric counselling service including emotional therapy. We offer stress elimination, removal of psychological and physical difficulties, initiation into the Reiki and Shamballa energy systems, automatic drawing, consultations and self-defence course - kung-fu. We provide services online.

It’s the perfect way to get kids moving—they’ll improve their swimming skills, become more comfortable in the water, learn the basics of freediving, and have lots of fun both underwater and on the surface.

We provide quality certified first aid courses - we prepare interesting programs for schools and kindergartens, tailor-made training for companies and the public, we provide medical supervision at social, cultural and sporting events, we also go to camps and schools in nature.
