We offer regular yoga classes for beginners and advanced students. Fall semester September-January, spring semester February-June. Registration for a running class is possible at any time.

The dance school teaches ballroom dancing, social education and etiquette in courses for youth, adults and children. We organize balls, provide pre-dancing. We build choreography for weddings and proms. The dance club prepares dancers, couples and groups for dance competitions and performances.

We offer Yoga classes and courses. I combine Yoga, developmental kinesiology and the findings of modern physiotherapy. I am a pupil of PhDr. Jiří Čumpelík, a personality of Czech rehabilitation and Yoga. Classes are mainly focused on health Yoga.

I provide aqua aerobics, kickboxing, dance and fitness classes for the public. I organize sports wellness events with exercise. Also offer deep aqua aerobics, jogging and relaxation.
