We’re here for children, adults, and families. We help improve technique, develop competitive performance, and enjoy swimming for health and the joy of movement—in the pool, open water, and triathlons. We’ve been operating in Strahov since 2013, and using our own “Swimming with Plavel and Plavlina” method, we teach people to swim well, fast, and in a fun way.

We run a language school with a focus on Italian language teaching. We offer lessons in a fun way with an emphasis on communication and conversation skills. We provide courses for the public, individual and corporate tuition, semester, weekend and intensive courses, Italian crash course for travel and more.

We run an esoteric counselling service including emotional therapy. We offer stress elimination, removal of psychological and physical difficulties, initiation into the Reiki and Shamballa energy systems, automatic drawing, consultations and self-defence course - kung-fu. We provide services online.
