We’re here for children, adults, and families. We help improve technique, develop competitive performance, and enjoy swimming for health and the joy of movement—in the pool, open water, and triathlons. We’ve been operating in Strahov since 2013, and using our own “Swimming with Plavel and Plavlina” method, we teach people to swim well, fast, and in a fun way.

Karate sports club, exercises for children and adults, teaching Shotokan style (kata, kihon, kumite). Physical training, fitness exercises, martial arts and self-defense. We also teach bushido, self-control, personal discipline, and respect for yourself and your opponents. We accept new members who are interested in self-defense.

The school operates in two adjacent buildings - four classrooms in total. We teach more than 15 musical instruments and singing. Lessons are taught individually, in pairs or in groups of up to six people, depending on your priority. We are not age restricted.

We run an esoteric counselling service including emotional therapy. We offer stress elimination, removal of psychological and physical difficulties, initiation into the Reiki and Shamballa energy systems, automatic drawing, consultations and self-defence course - kung-fu. We provide services online.

We are a training agency that has many years of experience in the field of communication skills training. We will increase the expertise of your staff. We will advise you on the selection and recruitment of new employees, their adaptation and motivation. Seminars and training, personnel consulting, coaching and mentoring.
