The founding of the company dates back to 1996 when it was established based on customer requirements and the experience of the founders Vladimír Divíšek and Peter Schwab. And their names and values are still carried in the company's name today PEter and vLAdimír. Trucks, machinery and heavy equipment have been the company's focus for over 25 years.
