Our brewery specializes in producing premium beers and refreshing lemonades. We honor tradition while also charting a new course.

We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. We are a microbrewery, specializing in brewing lagers and top-fermented cold-hopped beers. Our production process combines traditional craft methods with innovative technologies.

We produce mineral and spring, sparkling and still, flavoured and non-flavoured waters of the Mattoni, Aquila, Magnesia, Granini, Yo and Bimboo brands. We participate in the social, cultural and sporting life of the Czech Republic. We support projects related to nature protection.
