The main raw material, cabbage, we grow ourselves in our fields in the valley of the Mže River in the Pilsen region. You can be sure that the cabbage products come from the Czech Republic.

We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. We are a microbrewery, specializing in brewing lagers and top-fermented cold-hopped beers. Our production process combines traditional craft methods with innovative technologies.
