We help children stay active in a fun and playful way. We create online exercise courses for children and parents, organize movement workshops for preschools and schools, and inspire healthy habits. We teach families how to easily and joyfully incorporate natural movement into their daily lives.

The Little Gym offers movement classes for children ages 4 months to 9 years. In a safe and stimulating environment, we help children develop coordination, balance, strength, independence, and a love of movement. Our programs are designed for parents with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.
