We're a gymnastic union. We offer physical activities for all ages, from children to seniors. In our clubs we focus on the all-round development of physical skills. The joy of movement and a friendly team play a big role in our activities.

We are dedicated to promoting and facilitating the development of physical education and sport to the general public. We focus on general gymnastics, recreational sports, aerobics, yoga, health physical education, psychomotor, exercise and staying outdoors, dance sport or step.

Operation of a sports and technical association focusing mainly on radio orienteering.

Operates an athletics news portal. We organize athletic competitions in the Czech Republic and create conditions for their development. We represent and promote the interests of Czech athletics before the state authorities of the Czech Republic and before the authorities of the local government.

Providing sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. Operation of a sports gymnastics and table tennis club. Offering health exercise and harmonic gymnastics. We also focus on versatility which includes older women's exercise, floorball and exercise for pre-school children.
