I am a foodblogger and regularly post fit healthy recipes not just for fitness. The recipes are dietary and low-calorie but tasty, suitable for weight loss and muscle gain, focusing on Czech, American and Italian cuisine. I also write articles on fitness cooking and tips on healthy eating.

We are an e-shop (not only) with healthy food. We sell nuts, seeds, healthy flours, dried fruits, spices from all over the world, oils, vitamins, dietary supplements, coffee, eco drugstore, natural cosmetics. We pack our purchases in boxes that would have ended up in the trash long ago. We offer food delivery in the Jeseník district.

We are a company that is mainly engaged in the production of traditional, honest and tasty boxed food. We offer individual nutritional advice and meal plans. We also provide bespoke platters and bowls for small and large groups, individually wrapped meals etc.
