The hotel is the largest hotel in the entire spa complex. The total capacity of the hotel is 334 beds in 167 rooms. The rooms on the 2nd floor of the hotel are adapted for wheelchair access. It is in this hotel that there is a central reception used to accommodate all guests, a fitness room, a sightseeing terrace and treatments.

The spa house is located in the centre of the city on the Franciscan colonnade. Under one roof it offers accommodation, catering, wellness and treatments enabling complex treatment especially of the heart and blood circulation as well as short-term relaxation stays.
