Ollies is a modern confectionery in the centre of Prague focused on honest confectionery, quality ingredients and precise processing. We offer custom-made cakes, modern desserts, macaroons, pastries and Italian coffee. We prepare birthday, wedding and corporate cakes, sweet bars and gift wrapping from our own production in Prague.

We run a sweet shop. We offer cakes, pastries, sandwiches, pre-packaged salads, baguettes, sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, scooped ice cream carte d'or, ice cream sundaes of our own making. We sell candies, chocolates, confectionery and gift baskets. In summer there is a garden with a capacity of 30 seats.

We operate a French patisserie, bakery and deli. We offer a wide selection of traditional French specialties from cakes, breads and pastries to nutritious and light meals such as salads, soups and sandwiches. You can also buy ingredients and semi-finished products for the preparation of gourmet meals at home.

We love ice cream and this passion of ours has taken us to the Italian countryside, where we have spent several years learning from the best local artisans to produce the most delicious artisanal ice cream that is guaranteed to captivate your senses.
