The only accredited program of this kind in the Czech Republic. We organize weekend courses for the public and future lecturers, healing stays, individual consultations, self-development courses, special programs for teachers or companies and helping professions with a focus on working with stress.

We offer regular yoga classes for beginners and advanced students. Fall semester September-January, spring semester February-June. Registration for a running class is possible at any time.
