We practice ethical beekeeping and cold-bottle our honey at temperatures up to 35 °C without filtering, thereby preserving its full nutritional value. We sell our own honey from an organically managed beekeeping operation. It comes from the fragrant meadows and forests below Smrčina, in the Šumava National Park, at an elevation of 778 meters above sea level. Agricultural activity here is minimal, consisting solely of pastures with cattle. Blossom honey, blended blossom honey, and honeydew honey.
