Our aim is to enable individuals from all over the country who are seeking to liberate their own minds to carry out an intensive meditation practice in the environment of the Jeseníky Mountains. The practice of purifying the mind is based on the principles of the Satipatthana-Vipassana method, developing mindfulness and insight.

We offer online courses focused on mental wellbeing and mental health. We connect the body and mind through mindfulness meditations, yoga and breathing exercises. With our techniques, you can create healthy habits for everyday life to improve your stress management and overall well-being.

Regular meditation. We help to calm your mind, take a breath and get inspired for life. Meditation is not about religion, but rather about lifestyle. Being calm, having perspective and feeling cool. We practice traditional and modern techniques that are suited for the current times and can evoke the right experience.

We are a Czech-Indian family passionate about yoga and meditation. We organize yoga and meditation events, instructor courses, relaxation and self-discovery retreats. In Europe from spring to autumn. For winter we usually go to India where we organize exotic yoga retreats by the sea and spend time with the Indian part of the family.
