I welcome you to a space where touch is light. Where the body becomes a gateway to deeper knowledge. MarMa care is not a massage. It is the art of sensing, the art of touching, the art of giving, and the art of being for what can be manifested and transformed in the moment. It is a touch of divine warmth and pure light: palms, breath, tones and scents.

We impart the authentic teachings of Master Sando Kaisen through regular Buddha sitting meditations (zazen), lectures and the European painting course, Cloud and Water.

We offer regular monthly introductory meditation courses and support for those who want to learn about meditation. As long time practitioners and trained meditation instructors, we also offer support to meditators through meditation talks. The centre is the base for Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche's students.

We are different people with different views of the world and of life, with different attitudes, but we have one thing in common: meditation based on Sahaja Yoga has become a regular part of our lives. We are different, the meditation sessions at our centre will be different too, and we would like to believe that each of you can find your own here.
