I am a professional coach with a related degree. I hold EMCC accreditation as a senior practitioner. I help people to find decisions that will lead to their own satisfaction. No matter the area involved. Personally, I am close to the topic of self-worth, talents and career direction.

SMT Academy is a sports psychological and mental development centre for sports clubs, coaches, athletes and their parents. We believe that we can change the Czech sports environment for the better through quality mental preparation and mental training.
