I offer help with long term, short term and acute mental preparation before important events. I focus on the prevention of psychological problems. I improve individual and team performance for athletes, artists, managers and others working in stressful environments. I provide mental training.

I am a professional coach with a related degree. I hold EMCC accreditation as a senior practitioner. I help people to find decisions that will lead to their own satisfaction. No matter the area involved. Personally, I am close to the topic of self-worth, talents and career direction.
