We offer nutritional counseling, body analysis on the IN BODY 230 machine, diet preparation, pilates, latin aerobics and nordic walking exercises including the rental of poles. We have a gym for up to 20 people with bathroom facilities, outdoor exercise areas and a recreational cabin for clients.
