In San Carlo we are passionate about Neapolitan pizza and Mediterranean cuisine in general and we want to share it with you. Our pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and baked in stone ovens according to the old Neapolitan tradition, which is not the only reason why we have been awarded as one of the best pizzerias in Europe.

We run a classic restaurant. We prepare lunch menu. You can also look forward to themed evenings, which will always focus on selected European and world cuisine.

We cook healthy meals. We offer Low carb, racio, Keto, Gallbladder diet, veggie and vegan meals. We also deliver food for free within Karvina and its surroundings. We cook with Czech meat, farm vegetables, without glutamates and ethers.

The soup bar has been cooking for its guests since 2013, and is run by Mrs. Manana Toidze from the capital city of Tbilisi, Georgia. All the dishes on our menu are prepared with passion, love and we work only with proven Czech farmers.

For more than 20 years we have been running a vegetarian restaurant with a selection of dishes for vegans. We offer a meat-free, gluten-free diet with a focus on Indian cuisine. There are 35 seats. We prepare food to go.

The restaurant has a capacity of 20 seats indoors and 20 seats in the conservatory overlooking the adjacent forest with a small pond. During the season there is a summer outdoor seating for 30 guests. Private parties, wedding receptions, banquets and more can be arranged.
