We belong to an association of RBSD clubs focused on training and teaching real self-defense. We understand self-defense as a set of principles, techniques and tactics that have already proven themselves in combat and are applicable under stress. Of particular importance to us is "head" training - that is, training the commitment and will to return home safely.

We offer individual and group sports courses and training, tae-bo, aerobics or Thai boxing. We run a gym. We provide fitness and nutrition consultant services. We organize matches or tournaments.

Offering Krav Maga and Krav Maga S.F.C. courses.

The school focuses on Chan Shaolin Si & Dju Su Kung-Fu style martial arts training and self-defense training in any environment. The training emphasizes an individual approach according to the capabilities and needs of each individual. A friendly, tolerant and open-minded team is a matter of course.

Extraordinary fitness in the centre. Muaythai, MMA, grappling, boxing, crosstraining, functional circuit training, interval workout, self defense.

We provide operation and rental of a sports hall. The sports hall is used mainly in the framework of TEV classes of the Secondary School, partly also of the Elementary School Jedovnice. It is available to interest groups of SPŠ and elementary school and local and neighboring sports organizations for their trainings. The auditorium has a capacity of about 300 seats.
