We create the conditions for sports to have an effect and a pleasant experience. We prepare training and fitness programs, especially for endurance sports. We cater for athletes and clients of all performance and skill levels.

We offer fitness coaching in kickboxing, thai boxing and fitness. We hold personal and group classes for the public as well as training seminars.

We focus primarily on teaching Mixed Martial Arts, other combat sports, fitness training and long-term physical stability. The Gym was founded in 1998. Since that year it has provided consistent and elite level coaching for all of its members.

Karate sports club, exercises for children and adults, teaching Shotokan style (kata, kihon, kumite). Physical training, fitness exercises, martial arts and self-defense. We also teach bushido, self-control, personal discipline, and respect for yourself and your opponents. We accept new members who are interested in self-defense.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. You will prepare for an attack by the perpetrator by practicing self-defense in model situations. Self-defense instructors from Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.

We offer boxing training under the guidance of Czech heavyweight champion Daniel Taborsky.

We organise a sports club focusing on judo. We run men's and youth teams. For young children we run a preparatory school. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. We participate in competitions and tournaments.

Operation of a school of Chinese martial arts of master Qin Ming Tang. Offering courses in Shaolin kung fu and Ba-gua martial arts. Organization of seminars, competitions and training.
