We focus on the study and teaching of karate according to the traditions of the Japanese Karate Association. We offer training for all levels and organize championships where our competitors win medals. Our goal is to spread karate and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Our centre was established in 2011 to offer traditional karate training to children and adults. Our training sessions are specifically targeted and divided into age groups according to developmental stages with a focus on motor development, concentration and discipline. Basic aikido course for men and women from 17 years old. Classes for children and young people in the age categories 5-7, 8-10, 10-12 and 13-16. Joy, movement, art, all-round development, balance in the hustle and bustle of the big city, constructive conflict resolution, recharging... all this and much more is aikido.

We offer fitness coaching in kickboxing, thai boxing and fitness. We hold personal and group classes for the public as well as training seminars.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We learn gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

We focus primarily on teaching Mixed Martial Arts, other combat sports, fitness training and long-term physical stability. The Gym was founded in 1998. Since that year it has provided consistent and elite level coaching for all of its members.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

We offer boxing training under the guidance of Czech heavyweight champion Daniel Taborsky.
