We create the conditions for sports to have an effect and a pleasant experience. We prepare training and fitness programs, especially for endurance sports. We cater for athletes and clients of all performance and skill levels.

We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We operate a Thai boxing school that focuses on orthodox Muay Thai and the ancient martial arts of Muay Boran and Krabi Krabong. We take an individual approach to training and we certainly don't want mass training where you get a trainer once or twice a session.

The company organizes interest groups in kindergartens and other educational institutions. In cooperation with Master Zhai Hua we organize Tai Chi Chen classes for adults. These courses are taught in the traditional Chinese way, which we have developed to make Tai Chi as understandable as possible for the contemporary.

The Association is a national sports federation, which since 1992, according to the Ministry of Education, is the only recognized organization,responsible for the development of Muaythai in the Czech Republic. It provides the Czech national representation, organizes championship competitions, cares for talented youth and thanks to its membership in the COC is the exclusive representative of Muaythai in the Czech Republic.

We offer jiu-jitsu classes. Our class is primarily for beginners looking for self-defense. We teach punches, kicks, weapons combat, holds, drapes, levers, chokes and other techniques.

Karate sports club, exercises for children and adults, teaching Shotokan style (kata, kihon, kumite). Physical training, fitness exercises, martial arts and self-defense. We also teach bushido, self-control, personal discipline, and respect for yourself and your opponents. We accept new members who are interested in self-defense.

We are a sports club focusing on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). We train from children, beginners, advanced to the best Czech professional fighters.

Judo for children 4 years and up. We train in Čelákovice, Dolní Počernice and Klánovice. We offer judo lessons, club events and tournaments.
