We also teach bushido, self-control, personal discipline, and respect for yourself and your opponents. We accept new members who are interested in self-defense.

In our gym you will be able to work both independently and under the guidance of experienced trainers who are always ready to help you reach your sporting peaks. And for those looking for team spirit and motivation, we offer a variety of group classes such as boxing or circuit training.

Organizing courses of traditional Japanese martial art Kendo. We are the oldest Kendo club in our country and have been practicing Kendo since 1986. Our endeavor has always been and will continue to be to practice and spread Kendo as "The Way of the Sword" in the spirit of its deep traditions and philosophy.

We run a sports section focusing on boxing and martial arts.

We are engaged in the training and practice of the martial art of Aikido. We also offer lessons in Kick boxing, self-defense, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Eskrima, Kendo or Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu. We teach children, teenagers and adults. We also provide the possibility of renting halls during free hours. We sell kimonos, weapons, hakami and more.

We operate a Thai boxing school that focuses on orthodox Muay Thai and the ancient martial arts of Muay Boran and Krabi Krabong. We take an individual approach to training and we certainly don't want mass training where you get a trainer once or twice a session.
