We offer mobile and modular homes to suit your needs. Handmade in the Czech Republic, fast delivery of all our houses - you order today and in 80 days your house is ready, we also have houses in stock. Personal inspection - we will be happy to show you our production processes.

We are manufacturers and sellers of year-round livable mobile and modular homes. The basic version of the house is 12x4 meters, the layout is 3+kk. However, we mainly produce houses on a custom-made basis for the customer. On request, we can equip the houses on a turnkey basis.

We build by module. Under the ModulLine brand, we build houses for permanent housing, service buildings and industrial buildings, both from steel structures and by converting them from shipping containers. We offer rental and property management on our own premises.

We offer exclusive mobile homes that you can easily convert into permanent housing. We will deliver the whole house in 12 weeks from the order - even the winter does not stop us from building - we build the houses in a tempered hall. We offer houses of 4 m width and 8 to 13 m length. Unusual technical solutions e.g. L-shaped houses.

Thanks to our unique technology, we can build your house wherever and however you want. Thanks to the steel structure, the house is movable from place to place. The modular house can be enlarged, added or even removed modules at any time and the house can be modified according to the current family situation. Architects Jan Gabriel and Jakub Vlček produced the first energy-saving Mobile Hut in 2018. In 2019 - 2020 they completed the more modern 2nd series and received a nomination for the Czech Architecture Award 2023. In 2024 they are presenting the 3rd series of the mobile home in the size of 2+1 for full-fledged living.
