We are a religious order. We organize religious meetings, pilgrimages and formation seminars. The order was founded in 1221 by St. Francis of Assisi. His unique understanding of the Gospel gave rise to the renewal movement, embracing those who could not enter the First or Second Order and wanted to live Franciscan spirituality in the world.

The church is built of red brick in the so-called North German Gothic style. The foundation stone was laid in 1863, the church would be consecrated four years later. The building is 45 metres long, the tower is 50 metres high. The simple interior is illuminated by sunlight through stained glass windows.
