Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

A renovated house with historic vaulted ceilings and a large Haban (wine) cellar, featuring a wellness area, hot tub, steam sauna, and outdoor seating area with a grill. Accommodates 24 guests in three separate apartments. Ideal for families with children, corporate events, or groups of friends.
