Operation of a national cultural monument with elements of Art Nouveau geometric ornament, English country architecture and Slavic tradition. The building is designed by Jan Kotěra.

The National Museum is an important Czech museum institution. It collects, researches and presents artefacts from natural science, history and art, which it exhibits in 15 buildings and protects in several separate depositories. It has more than 20 million objects in its collections.

We offer exhibitions, lectures and other events at the National Museum. There is a cloakroom, a café, a children's corner and a shop with publications. The building is wheelchair accessible. We provide access to the exhibition with a pram.

Visitors will see Langweil's model of Prague and a video presentation of Prague in the first half of the 19th century.

The neoclassical palace-type house was built in 1845-1847. The painted decoration of the palace is one of the most important works of Czech mural painting of the mid-19th century. The Desfours Palace is closed for planned reconstruction.

We manage the original interior of the apartment of the Palacký and Rieger families. You will find here collections of art, historical and family portraits and paintings by Josef Mánes, Julius Mařák and sculptures by J. V. Myslbek.

In a building from the 16th century we run a small museum dedicated to the history of the vanished Podskalí, the life of its inhabitants and the Vltava voyage. The exhibition also shows the history of freight and passenger shipping on the Vltava and the beginnings of Vltava steam navigation. There is also a restaurant in the building.

The Museum is a cultural institution preserving a rich collection dedicated to Prague history, which it has accumulated during its existence. It currently manages eight buildings, which house both permanent exhibitions and temporary exhibitions. We organize special events for the public and children.

In the house there is a permanent exhibition Prague of Charles IV - the medieval city, which presents the metropolis and its transformation during the reign of Charles IV. Gothic-Renaissance building with preserved fragments of late Gothic wall paintings.

Operation of a permanent exhibition of postage stamps, philatelic uniques, forgeries and specialized collections. Organization of occasional exhibitions of stamp art. On display are the oldest stamps of European and non-European countries, UN stamps and cancellations.

We operate a methodological centre for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in the museum environment. We help museums and galleries to use AI to its full potential. We offer advice and tools for audience engagement, ethical practices and streamlining daily operations.

We run an exhibition on the life and works of Bedřich Smetana. There is a children's corner and a dressing room. We provide the possibility of entering the exhibition with a stroller.

We operate an exposition of the original Ježek's room in a private apartment, furnished in the style of functionalism by the architect František Zelenka.
