I provide music therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, both individually and in groups, in psychiatric healthcare facilities as well as in schools and social service agencies. I specialize in Neurological Music Therapy (NMT™). I also offer relaxation sessions, professional training, and music-based educational programs for schools and preschools.

Teacher of mindfulness, sound baths. I help people regain balance in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, reconnect with their bodies and breath, and care for themselves with kindness and respect. I also incorporate breathing techniques into my practice that promote conscious slowing down and returning to the present moment.
