Projects realized under the trademark are financed by the capital strong company Pankrác a. s. , which has been successfully operating on the real estate market since 1994.

The company is a large residential builder. In more than 30 years of operation, it has sold 20,000 new apartments, houses and plots in 200 successful residential projects. It currently owns around 1.5 million m² of land and brownfield sites for development, on which it plans almost 40,000 new apartments.

We are the leader in the Czech property development market. For 33 years we have been building high quality apartments in Prague at affordable prices. We have completed 60 large apartment projects, providing housing for more than 11,000 clients. We are also the general sponsor of the zoo in Tábor.
