Our work begins with a meeting with the client, followed by the elaboration of their requirements in an architectural study, then we proceed to the drawings for implementation and the final construction is supervised by the author's supervision.

I provide professional services in contract preparation, building design, preparation of documentation for planning and building procedures, execution of construction or awarding the construction to a contractor. I cooperate in the selection of the contractor, the implementation of the construction and its completion.

We do everything related to architecture. Rangherka 5 studio was founded in the spring of 2017 on the basis of a long-term cooperation between Michal Schwarz and Jindřich Starý. It mainly deals with buildings for housing, healthcare and social services, but also with garden and landscape design.
