I focus on working with the subconscious mind, personality strengths and weaknesses, using imagery techniques and working with dreams.

I am a therapist who combines NLP hypnosis and working with deeper layers of experience. I don't lead against defenses, but towards a greater connection with self. I help people work through change in a way that makes sense and is theirs. In a safe space we look for new ways to create solutions and live more like ourselves.
