I am a therapist who combines NLP hypnosis and working with deeper layers of experience. I don't lead against defenses, but towards a greater connection with self. I help people work through change in a way that makes sense and is theirs. In a safe space we look for new ways to create solutions and live more like ourselves.

We organize professionally guided experiential workshops with the Holotropic Breathwork method in the Czech Republic. We follow the methodology taught by Grof Transpersonal Training and are members of the European Association for Holotropic Breathwork.
