Ateh Factory offers comprehensive sheet metal fabrication services. We provide laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and surface treatments. We are based in Brno-Židenice and fulfill orders for both small and large customers.

The company produces composite profiles and semi-finished products. From these it assembles products and structures intended primarily as components and accessories of buildings in all industrial areas, with a focus on water, energy and chemical industries.

We provide small and large batch metalworking of precision parts on automatic lathes and CNC machines from 2 to 40 mm diameter (#35) turning lengths up to 90 mm (CNC up to 160 mm diameter, turning lengths up to 400 mm). Thread rolling up to M24, milling and grinding.

We manufacture and supply special fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws, washers, anchoring material, pins, threaded rods) for heat and pressure stressed joints in industry, heat engineering. Production of steel and stainless steel parts according to standards, drawings and samples.

We sell fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, anchoring equipment, screws, rivets, springs) - retail and wholesale. We provide metal finishing - galvanizing - zinc plating, chrome plating, nickel plating, tin plating, blackening, phosphating, stainless steel polishing.

In the field of custom manufacturing we provide a comprehensive service starting with the provision of semi-finished material through the actual production, all heat treatment and surface treatment.
