We provide powder coating (comaxiting) of metals with powder plastic and electroplating nickel plating. We offer surface treatment of pallets, light and heavy duty racking systems, wire program, switch cabinets, various machine and equipment enclosures, cable trays, car accessories or aluminum.

Operation of the electroplating plant. We perform galvanizing, nickel plating, phosphating, tinning, blackening of steel. Also polishing and blackening of stainless materials.

We provide small and large batch metalworking of precision parts on automatic lathes and CNC machines from 2 to 40 mm diameter (#35) turning lengths up to 90 mm (CNC up to 160 mm diameter, turning lengths up to 400 mm). Thread rolling up to M24, milling and grinding.

Ateh Factory offers comprehensive sheet metal fabrication services. We provide laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and surface treatments. We are based in Brno-Židenice and fulfill orders for both small and large customers.

Operation of galvanizing plant. There are 2 automatic computer controlled lines for galvanizing, 1 line for chrome plating, 1 line for nickel plating, 1 line for stainless steel polishing, alkaline blackening and phosphating.
