We manufacture compression, tension, torsion, double torsion, shaped, agricultural and flat springs. We also manufacture cotter pins, car pins and drain cleaning spirals. Metal fabrication offerings.

Offering metal machining and mass production on CNC lathes and machines. Operation of a locksmith shop. We offer material refining, surface finishing. We provide cutting of material using BIANCO MOD band saw. Production of components in steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium including threading.

Electroplating is our main business. We offer galvanizing and acid zinc - nickel plating with excellent corrosion resistance, also suitable for cast iron plating. You will find both overhead and bulk processing with us.

We specialise in chemical nickel plating using the latest MacDermid processes and chemicals. We also deal in powder coating of aluminium and its alloys.

Operation of a foundry for zinc castings 0,5 g - 2 kg including mould design and manufacture. Offer of machining or surface treatment of castings. Products are suitable for window, door and furniture fittings, automotive and engineering.

We are a PVD coating company. Due to our close cooperation with the Czech Technical University in Prague we have a very strong and successful research and development section in advanced materials. We mainly focus on coatings for machining and coatings with ultra low coefficient of friction.
