Vykystav Dřevostavby is a family-owned company focused on modern wooden buildings and family houses. We provide complete realization from design and project through building permit to construction and final approval. Each order is personally handled by Ing. Filip Vykydal. We operate in the Benešov region, we also realize roof trusses and pergolas.

Our company offers construction of low-energy houses and low-cost wooden buildings. We focus on single family homes and additions. We use the K-Kontrol building system.

We offer modern living. We build turnkey houses and commercial buildings - based on wood construction. The catalogue of houses includes both traditional and modern projects, in ground floor and first floor designs.

We build low-energy wooden buildings, log cabins and log cabins on a turnkey basis as well as rough construction with the possibility of self-finishing. The main production program is the manufacture of modular systems for prefabricated wooden buildings - family houses, holiday homes, garden houses, sheds and garages. We produce ecopanels. We design and build family houses, turnkey wooden houses, passive houses and low-energy wooden houses. Ecopanels can be used for ceilings, wall cladding, partition walls, loft conversions.
