I offer home swimming classes with babies in the bath and exercise classes with babies and toddlers. I run a lactation and nutrition clinic, sleep difficulties and massage including psychomotor development for children from birth to 1 year. I organize lectures and consultations.

I offer lactation counselling including preparation for pregnant mothers, individual and group classes on babywearing, seminars and talks on breastfeeding for pregnant women and mothers. Individual and group courses.
