Our menu offers a wide selection of Vietnamese dishes prepared according to long-standing family recipes. Vietnamese cuisine is very varied and unique, thanks to the constant evolution of street food and the variation of family recipes.
In the restaurant and bistro we cook traditional Vietnamese dishes, which we introduced in the Czech Republic for the first time. We opened our first bistro in 2010 and gradually managed to get into the prestigious Best of Prague lists in the New York Times and CNN.
Experimental modern kitchen and bar inspired by smoke and world cuisine. As experienced travellers and gastronomy enthusiasts, we wanted to create a place where the flavours of different world cuisines are combined with the smell of smoke and show that you can smell not only ribs, but also crackling or pear.
We run a bistro. Every morning we prepare for you an honest and original breakfast. Before noon, we turn into a quick lunch bistro. We also make delicious drinks, homemade lemonades and coffee. We are happy to cater for your home or business, including importing and renting catering equipment.
We make sure that our food always tastes according to our traditional recipes unchanged by European culture. We believe that you will discover something new from Vietnamese gastronomy and a piece of honest culinary art.
