The Feldenkrais method develops natural movement, improves posture, coordination and breathing. It helps with back pain, joint pain and stress. I offer group classes and individual, gentle, targeted work for relief, prevention and greater ease in daily movement and life. Change is possible at any age.

I'm a yoga teacher. I offer seminars, weekend retreats, yoga by the sea or online programs: hormonal yoga for women (yoga routine harmonizes hormone levels, is the solution to most female problems). Hormonal yoga for immunity (to support the immune system), face yoga, pelvic floor yoga.
