BSB is a Czech company with a long tradition in the production of plastic parts, including the construction and design of moulds for plastic and rubber injection moulding. We provide custom manufacturing specializing in precision machining on CNC machines from turning, milling to grinding and we also provide subsequent assembly of machines or their components.

We modernize and produce grinding machines (conventional, NC and CNC) and grinding machines. We sell new and reconditioned surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, centerless grinders and tool grinders. We repair grinders, perform guide surface grinding, scraping, welding and metal working.

We offer CNC machining of semi-finished products, castings of all types of cast metals and non-ferrous metals (bronze, brass, copper), we are newly expanding our offer to steel and aluminium. We produce precision parts for engineering. Our specialization is turning and milling of flanges, labyrinths, sliding bushings, rails or machine parts. 3D measuring.

We produce spur and pinion gears in the range: module 0, 4 - 12 up to 1000 mm, sprockets from 0, 5 B up to 24 B up to 1000 mm diameter. Production of gearing also on supplied semi-finished products.
