Provides library and information services to MH staff and the professional and general public. In addition to medical literature, OVI's holdings include publications on law, economics, management, public administration and the European Union, both Czech and foreign language.

We operate a municipal library. Internet access is available to the public. We lend books and magazines for children and adults. We organize children's reading events.
