I'm a gestalt psychotherapist. I provide a safe and respectful space to work with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and relationship difficulties or sudden life situations. I guide clients on their journey to greater understanding, sensitivity and kindness towards themselves.

I provide psychological counselling. My main focus is clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy, including systemic hypnosis, i.e. Ericsonian model of hypnosis, short-term CBT therapy (k-KBT), couples therapy, crisis communication and negotiation, professional coaching for companies and individuals.
